Each search assignment necessitates a specialized approach towards
identifying, evaluating, presenting and placing candidates. The
painstaking process that we undertake comprises a face to face meeting
with all candidates. We evaluate skills, abilities, motivation, character,
personality and temperament. For assignments that require a technical
knowledge that we do not possess, outside authorities are contracted to
aid in the screening process. In addition, we perform thorough reference
checks (business and personal), confirm dates of employment, verify
compensation, and examine transcripts to insure that all candidates that
you meet are indeed qualified. We also offer a drug screening service
should that be required.
This process ensures that the percentage of interviews/hire will be lower
than most firms. Because our procedure is so thorough, our applicant
pool might be smaller than other recruiters, but the quality of our pool
is second to none. We meet more so you can meet less!
We are particularly proud of our record in the submittal and placement of
minority candidates. We do not discriminate in our screening on the basis
of age, race, creed, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national
origin, disability, marital status or any other basis that is prohibited
by law. However as an attempt to aggressively attract an appropriate cross
section of applicants, we have forged relationships with the National
Association of Black Accountants, posted job listings on the
Internet, and advertised jobs in publications that attract diverse readers
such as the Village Voice, El Diario, and Irish Echo.
